SMS and Text Messaging Program

WSG operates a text messaging program used to send operational and system alerts to authorized recipients, and to allow those recipients to send messages back to our internal systems.

• Consent: We only send text messages to recipients who have directly provided their mobile number to us and consented to receive messages. We do not purchase, rent, or otherwise obtain phone numbers from third parties for messaging.
• Program description: Messages consist of operational notifications, system and infrastructure alerts, and replies to messages you send us. We do not send marketing or promotional text messages under this program.
• Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on system activity and your own use of the service.
• Cost: Message and data rates may apply. WSG does not charge for text messages; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
• Opting out: Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply START to resubscribe.
• Help: Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at [email protected].
• Carriers: Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
• Privacy: No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
• Supported carriers: Message delivery is subject to carrier support and availability, which may change without notice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our website or services to violate any law, infringe the rights of others, transmit malicious code, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, or interfere with the operation of our services.
