Accessibility Statement
Willhite Strategy Group is committed to making willhitestrategy.com usable by everyone, including people who rely on assistive technology like screen readers, keyboard-only navigation, or high-contrast display modes.
Compliance target
We build to WCAG 2.1 Level AA as our baseline. We track this against Deque's axe-core rule engine (the same rule set used by Lighthouse and WAVE), plus manual keyboard and screen-reader spot checks whenever a page ships.
Where we fall short, and every site will occasionally, we treat it as a bug to fix, not a low-priority nicety.
What we do on every build
- Automated WCAG 2.1 AA scans on every deploy via Sentinel, our in-house observability platform.
- Full keyboard walk-throughs, every interactive element must be reachable with Tab / Shift+Tab / Enter alone, with a visible focus indicator.
- Alt text on content images, empty alt on decorative ones.
- Explicit
<label>oraria-labelon every form field. - WCAG-compliant color contrast (4.5:1 for body text, 3:1 for large text).
- Semantic HTML, real
<button>,<a>, and heading structure so screen readers can announce content correctly.
Known limitations
Some third-party embeds (e.g., YouTube video players, external tracking scripts) are outside our direct control. We choose accessible providers where possible, but if you hit an issue with a specific embed, please let us know so we can either replace the provider or provide an alternate way to access the content.
Report an accessibility issue
If any part of willhitestrategy.com is blocking you from accessing content or completing an action:

- Call (707) 664-1540 and leave a voicemail if we miss you.
We aim to acknowledge every report within 2 business days and to fix or provide a workaround within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we'll tell you why and give you an alternative way to get what you need.
Third-party audits
We do not currently retain a third-party accessibility auditor on retainer. When a client asks for a formal VPAT or ACR, we produce one from our Sentinel scan output plus a manual review. If we ship a site as ADA-critical (e.g., healthcare, government, education), we recommend an outside audit as a final gate and coordinate with the auditor of your choice.
