What to expect
I read every message myself, no filter, no VA, no gatekeeper. If you drop a note during business hours, I usually reply within an hour. Overnight messages get a real response by lunchtime the next day. If you are on a tight deadline, put the launch date in the note and I will prioritize it.
If your project is a good fit, the next step is a 30-minute call over Google Meet or a real phone conversation, whichever you prefer. I do not run a sales funnel. If we do not work together on this one, I want you to walk away with a concrete idea of what would move the needle so you can hire someone else, or DIY it, and still get results.
What I need from you
- Your current site URL (if you have one), I will pull it up before we talk.
- A sentence or two about what your business does and who buys from you.
- The single outcome you want more of (more leads, better ranking, faster site, redesign, migration off WordPress, etc.).
- Any hard deadline or budget constraint I should know about.
If you already have a design comp, wireframe, or a competitor site you love, drop the link in the message, it saves us a call.
Prefer email or phone?
Email works: [email protected]. Phone works too: (707) 664-1540. Leave a voicemail if I miss you and I will call back the same day.
Where I am based
Willhite Strategy Group operates out of Santa Rosa, California. I work with clients across Sonoma, Marin, Napa, and Solano counties in person, and with clients anywhere in North America remotely. If you are local and want to meet for coffee, Flying Goat, Acre, or Frankie's, I am always up for it.
Not sure yet?
If you are still figuring out what you need, grab a free site audit instead. It is a 1–2 page written review I send by email, no obligation, no sales pitch, with specific findings and prioritized fixes. Most people who take the audit end up hiring somebody (sometimes me, sometimes not) armed with a much clearer picture of what actually needs to happen.
